At Living in Zen we use two different strategies.

  1. One on one. A lead stylist will come to your home to work with you on meeting your organizing, staging or styling goals. 

  2. Dynamic Transformation. We find that on large jobs, a lot of work can be accomplished in a more cost effective way with the help of more than one stylist on the job. This team approach is dynamic & goal oriented.

Pricing

Initial in-home consultation: $125

We’ll meet and talk about the project(s) at hand. Determine job requirements and any supplies that should be purchased.

Staging plan

  • DIY staging plan - $500

  • For the DIY enthusiast who has time on their hands, staging doesn’t have to be expensive.

  • Includes 2 hour walk through of home interior with detailed description report of everything needing to be accomplished.

Organizing & Staging

  • $125/hour

  • $50/hour assistant stylist (additional)

Prepaid packages 

  • 10 hours $1200

  • 20 hours $2300

  • 40 hours $4500
